What is it?
The Family Proclamation Week is an initiative putting families first, and bringing families together to raise our voices in support of the Family Proclamation issued to the world by the First Presidency and Council of the Twelve Apostles of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
This is a week-long initiative to place emphasis on living God's Family Plan as outlined in The Family: A Proclamation to the World by focusing on the family each night during the Thanksgiving week of November 18-24, 2012.
As we unite our voices in support of living God's Family Plan for this one week, it calls attention to the The Family Proclamation. After all, it is a proclamation to the world!
You are invited to join us! Pull the plugs on all your "other" distractions, and plug into what matters most for one entire week...your family!
